The UF Photography team relocated to Tigert Hall from the stadium in Dec. 2017. While the move facilitates teamwork within UF Communications, the new office does not have space for a portrait studio. Additionally, the team has refocused its efforts to create multimedia content for UF News and UF Social to showcase the impressive work of your students, faculty and staff. As a result, the photography team is no longer able to provide auxiliary services such as portraiture, editorial photography and events coverage to campus departments.
We thoroughly enjoy working with you and will continue to serve your departments and the university to benefit the broader campus community. The biggest way UF Photography will support your teams is through the expansion of the university image library found at http://ufphotography.photoshelter.com. If you are not familiar with the site, it is a library of University of Florida photos that covers a broad range of subject matter including campus life, academics, graduations and events. To help reduce any inconvenience the change of services may cause, we are working with procurement to develop a list of approved photography vendors for your departments to refer to. In the meantime, your colleagues may be able to share what vendors they have worked with successfully in the past.
